We are planning to enter rental business by
having a business association with well-known and internationally renowned companies in Indian
subcontinent markets. We shall provide the equipment solution required to minimize downtime,
increase productivity and get the job done safely keeping the highest standard of servicing and
delivery of equipment at competitive rates.
A mud pump is a reciprocating piston/plunger
device designed to circulate drilling fluid under high pressure (up to 7,500 psi (52,000
kPa) ) down the drill string and back up the annulus. A mud pump is a large
reciprocating pump used to circulate the mud (drilling fluid) on a drilling rig.
A top drive is a mechanical device on a
drilling rig that provides clockwise torque to the drill string to drill a borehole. It
is an alternative to the rotary table and Kelly Drive.
A traveling block is the freely moving section
of a block and tackle that contains a set of pulleys or sheaves through which the drill
line (wire rope) is threaded or reeved and is opposite (and under) the crown block (the
stationary section). The combination of the traveling block, crown block and wire rope
drill line offer the ability to lift weights in the hundreds of thousands of pounds. On
larger drilling rigs, when raising and lowering the derrick continues, line tensions
over a million pounds are not unusual.
It is a large, specialized valve or similar
mechanical device, used to seal, control and monitor oil and gas wells to prevent
blowout, the uncontrolled release of crude oil and/or natural gas from a well. They are
usually installed redundantly in stacks.
Drill pipe, is hollow, thin-walled, steel or
aluminium alloy piping that is used in drilling rigs. It is hollow to allow drilling
fluid to be pumped down the hole through the bit and back up the annulus. It comes in a
variety of sizes, strengths, and wall thicknesses, but is typically 27 to 32 feet in
length.
Fishing refers to the recovery of drill string
left in the wellbore. Numerous situations can occur that require fishing: Items dropped
into the hole from the rig floor. Failure of surface equipment, especially pumps, which
allows the hole to cave in and stick the drill string.
Tubulars are the steel pipe that is used to
drill the well, case the wellbore, and support to flow the reservoir fluids. They come
in many varieties and are engineered for high strength and rigidity.
Oil and gas drilling rigs rely on powerful engines to drive their operations. Engines power essential rig components such as mud pumps, drawworks, and rotary tables. They are preferred for their reliability, durability, and ability to be mobilized quickly for power needs.
Solid Control Equipment is designed to manage and recycle drilling mud, ensuring efficient drilling operations. The system typically includes several key components: Shale Shaker, Desander, Desilter and Centrifuge which helps in removing large, medium-sized and very fine solids from the drilling fluid.
