Probal Ghosal - CEO,

A fellow member of Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India, Mr. Ghosal started his career in 1984 with
Siemens Ltd and held leadership positions in Corporate Finance &
Commercial with a small stint in international market as well. He
has also worked with Escorts finance, moving on to GE capital where
he was the core team member to set up the first captive BPO in the
country. His last stint was with Times of India as Director Finance
& was on the board of several companies of the group.

Philippe Clover, the legend behind the equipment
rental industry across American and European subcontinent comes with
a wealthy experience of over more than 29 years. He is a Master in
Business Administration, from University of Paris IX Dauphine and
University of Caen. He now heads the Quippo Construction Equipment
Ltd. as the President.

Mr Hemant Pincha -

Mr. Hemant Pincha heads Quippo Energy Pvt. Ltd.
A Mechanical Engineer from MREC, Jaipur with a Masters Degree in
Business Administration from the University of Bradford, UK, he
brings 19 years of hands on experience in building new businesses,
restructuring under performing assets and managing large engineering
resources. His strong international business knowledge, experience
in project management and business development, supplement his
strategic initiatives to minimize risks and maximize results.
Achievements
- He found the Energy Rental Business in May 2006. Partnerships
with Deutz, Germany and Thermax Limited, Pune provided
technological platform to develop rental assets and services on
a long term basis.
- Recently awarded the "Quippo Sarva Shreshtha Innovation
Award", the Energy Rental team under his leadership has
already achieved an asset base for 20 MW of power generation and
is geared up to cross a 200 MW number by 2011.
- Prior to Quippo, Hemant Pincha represented Aggreko in India,
which is the largest temporary power providing company in the
world headquartered in UK.
