and Resources Institute) Repository of Environmental Activities and

Mr. Sunil Kanoria holds a Fellowship of Chartered Accountancy (FCA) from
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and possesses a vital
experience in the infrastructure sector including infrastructure leasing
& finance and renting of infrastructure equipment.
Mr. Kadambi Varadarajan Seshasayee - Director
Mr. K.V. Seshasayee is a well known pioneer in the field of IT, Telecom
and Media. His 35 years career spans Leyland Ltd. DRDO, Digicon (India)
and the Hinduja Group. He was on the boards of six major Companies, and
brought up Fascel Ltd. (Cellular operations in Gujarat). He is known for
his Chairmanship of Cellular Operations Association of India during its

Mr. Ankur Meattle is a Vice President with GIC Special Investments (GIC
SI). GIC SI is the private equity arm of the Government of
Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC). He is a member of
the Asia Private Equity Group of GIC SI. Prior to joining GIC SI in
2004, Mr. Meattle was a Manager with Arthur D. Little, a management
consulting firm. He has an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering
and an MBA.
Mr. Amit Jain - Nominee Director - Funderburk Mauritius Limited
Mr. Amit Jain is based in Muscat and working at Oman Investment Fund
(OIF), investment fund owned by the Govt. of Oman. At OIF, he is
responsible for deal sourcing, structuring, negotiations and managing
due-diligence for potential Private Equity transactions. He has led the
